You get a clear list of what I'll build and the fixed price.
By card, through a secure Stripe link. For a new app, 30% now. Reviews and Finish my app are paid in full. A Quick fix is held on your card and charged once it works.
You get updates in plain language as I go.
The other 70% after you check the finished app on a test link, before it goes live.
For 7 days after delivery, I fix anything I built that doesn't work as agreed, at no charge. For a new app, the support add-on makes it 30 days and adds hours for bugs and small changes.
If I can't start or finish the work we agreed on, you get your money back. No refunds for a change of mind or a change of plans. A Quick fix is only charged once it works, and a Quick check that finds nothing worth fixing is refunded.

Some services run in your own accounts. You pay those providers directly, not me.
Your accounts. Hosting, the database and the payment service belong to you. You can set them up yourself, or I do it for you and hand them over.
Often free at first. Many new apps start on free or low-cost plans.
Known up front. Before I begin, I list each service the app needs and what it charges.

If you want to add something during the build, I tell you what it costs and how many days it adds before I do it. Nothing reaches the bill without you agreeing to it first.
Yes, when the problem is on my side. If I can't start or finish the work we agreed on, you get your money back. I don't refund for a change of mind or a change of plans. I work alone, so the days I spend on your project are days I turn other work down. That's why we agree on the scope and the price before you pay. If something I built doesn't work as agreed, I fix it free for 7 days after delivery.
