Terms

About these terms

These terms sum up how we work when you order a build, a fix, a review, a take-over or any other service from Rapidmvp.pro. They collect in one place what the rest of this site promises.

About the company

Rapidmvp.pro is run by Rapidmvp LLC, a one-person company in New Jersey, US. Our services and this site are aimed at clients in the United States. You can reach us at email me

Accepting these terms

When you accept an offer, you tick a box agreeing to these terms and to the Privacy policy, and you make an agreement with Rapidmvp LLC. The versions you accepted, known by the date at the top of each page, apply to that order.

If an offer says something different from these terms, the offer applies.

Before you order

Telling us what you need is free, and you're under no obligation to order. We reply as soon as we can, either with questions and requests for more details so that we fully understand what you need, or with an honest assessment of the scope and the package that fits. That includes telling you when we think something isn't worth building yet, or when we can't help.

We can sign an NDA before you share details, if you ask. We can also turn down any project.

Scope and price

Every order is either a package from the Pricing page or a custom offer. Before any work starts, we send you an offer to approve, with what we'll do, the timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you accept it and pay what is due upfront, or for a Quick fix, until the price is reserved on your card.

The price we agree on is the price you pay, however long the work takes us. There is no hourly billing.

For app builds, a screen is a page a user sees, and a feature is something the app does, such as sending an email or taking a payment. Login, sign-up and password reset are included and don't count toward a package's limit.

Projects bigger than the packages are split into milestones, each its own offer with its own scope, timeline and fixed price.

Each offer shows the date to accept it by. After that date it expires, and if you still want the work, we can extend it or send a new one. Until you pay, we may revise an offer, which replaces the old one, or withdraw it.

Payment

When you accept the offer on its page, you go to Stripe's secure payment page and pay by card or another method Stripe offers there. Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment. Reviews, Finish my app and take-over milestones are paid in full before we start. Custom offers show how and when they are paid.

For a Quick fix, the price is reserved on your card when you order and charged only once we've fixed the bug. If we can't fix it, the reservation is released and you pay nothing. A reservation lasts as long as your card allows, usually 7 days. If it runs out before the fix, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged. To carry on, we send you a new offer.

New app builds are paid in two parts. You pay 30% before we start, and the remaining 70% when we deliver the finished app, before it goes live. When the app is ready on a test link, we email you a payment link for the 70%, and you can also pay it from your client area. Before paying, you check the app against the list of screens and features we agreed on. Bigger builds split into milestones are paid the same way for each milestone.

If the final payment isn't made within 30 days after we deliver, we may take the test version offline and close the order. We may also close an order if we're waiting on you and don't hear from you for 30 days. What you paid for work already done isn't refunded.

Add-ons are priced on the Pricing page, are added when you order and are part of the order's price, paid in the same parts. If you need the work sooner than the package allows, tell us before you order and we'll say whether we can do it and what it costs.

Changes during the work

If you want to add something during the build, we tell you what it costs and how many days it adds before we do it. Nothing reaches the bill without you agreeing to it first.

When we fix an app, we work inside what you've built and change as little as we need to. If a fix turns out to need much bigger changes than expected, we talk to you before going further.

Delivery times

The days next to each package are business days, Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays, and are counted from the day you pay, or for a Quick fix, the day the price is reserved. Add-ons can add days, and the offer shows the total. They are honest estimates of our own work, not a legal commitment. If the estimated date changes, we email you the new one. Most projects finish on time or earlier. If we see a delay coming, we tell you right away, not on the last day. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before we start.

Time spent waiting on others isn't counted in those days. That includes app store reviews, payment provider approvals and similar checks by services your project depends on, as well as anything we need from you, your team, your partners or anyone else involved, such as content, access, answers or approvals. We keep handling feedback from those services until they approve.

What you provide

You're responsible for what your app does and for following the laws and rules that apply to it, such as privacy or health rules.

Texts, images and other media for your app come from you, along with the rights to publish them. We can generate drafts with AI if you ask, but we can't guarantee they suit your project or are cleared for publishing, so the final say, and the responsibility for them, stays with you.

Access to your code or accounts comes from invitations you control, such as adding us to your GitHub repository. We never ask for your passwords.

Hosting, the database, the payment service and other services your app runs on belong to you, and you pay those providers directly. You can set them up yourself, or we set them up for you and hand them over, whichever you prefer. Before we begin, we list each service the app needs and what it charges. Many start on free or low-cost plans.

Ownership

Your accounts, such as hosting, the database and the code repository, are yours from the start, and so is your own data in them. The work we create for you, such as code, designs and documents, can be kept in your accounts from the start if you want, but it becomes legally yours only once the order is paid in full. For most orders that is before we start, for a Quick fix it is when the reservation is charged, and for new app builds it is the final payment. Before that final payment, you can review and test the app, but not launch it or use it in your business.

Open-source parts of the code stay under their own licenses. Our general know-how and the tools we use to work stay ours.

You can create the accounts yourself from the first day, or we set them up and hand them over at the end. We keep access only for as long as you want us to. There is no lock-in, so you can keep building with AI, with us or with anyone else.

After delivery

You get the working result and handover notes. For 7 days after delivery, we fix anything we built that doesn't work as agreed, at no charge. New features or a change of direction are a new order, priced the same fixed way.

For new app builds, you can add 30 days of support when you order. For 30 days after delivery, we fix bugs and make small changes, up to the hours your package includes, as listed on the Pricing page. Anything we built that doesn't work as agreed is fixed at no charge for the full 30 days and doesn't use those hours. New screens or features are a new order. Hours you don't use end with the 30 days. Each order stands on its own, and you're never required to order more.

Warranty and liability

Apart from the free fixes after delivery, the work is provided as it is, without other warranties.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect losses.

Refunds

If we can't start or finish the work we agreed on, you get your money back. We don't refund for a change of mind or a change of plans. We take on only a few projects at a time, so the days we spend on your project are days we turn other work down. That is why we agree on the scope and the price before you pay.

If a Quick check finds nothing worth fixing, you get your money back.

Refunds go back to the way you paid and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

What a review is and isn't

A review is a written report by an experienced engineer on the areas we checked, with the issues ranked by what to fix first. Its aim is to bring your app to a reasonable level of safety for launch. It can't make an app 100% safe, because no review can guarantee that. It also isn't a bug hunt or a security certification. Fixing the issues isn't part of the review, but you can order the fixes from us. If you send a request for Finish my app within 14 days after we deliver a Quick check or Full review, what you paid for that review, less any refund, is deducted from the Finish my app price. Each review counts once.

How we work

We build with AI tools, mainly Claude Code. We design the architecture, steer the build and test the app ourselves.

Search and AI assistant setup (SEO and GEO) makes your app findable. It doesn't guarantee rankings.

Confidentiality

Anything we see in your code, your data or your accounts while working for you stays confidential. Code we review is used only for the review and never shared with other people, and you can remove our access as soon as the work is done.

We work with AI tools such as Claude Code by Anthropic, and they process the code while we work.

We show a project in our portfolio only with your permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, and any dispute is handled in its courts.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
