About the company

Rapidmvp.pro is run by Rapidmvp LLC, a one-person company in New Jersey, US. Our services and this site are aimed at clients in the United States. You can reach us at email me

What we collect

We collect what you enter in the request form, where you describe your idea or your app to get a free reply, or in a new request from your client area. That includes your name, your email address or phone number, the service and package you pick, your description, and anything else you choose to add, such as the area that worries you most, what your app is built with, a deadline, add-ons, design wishes, a link, attached files, a request for a call or an NDA, or any other field the form shows you. With each request, our server records your IP address and browser type, to stop spam and abuse.

If you leave a phone number instead of an email, we use it only to reply to your request, by text or by a call. We don't send marketing texts. Before we can send you an offer, we ask for your email by text, because offers and your client area work by email. Your phone number is kept with your request and deleted with it.

If we send you an offer, we keep the name and email it is addressed to. If you order, or if we agree on it, a client account is created for that email, and we keep it. It holds your name, your email, when you last signed in, your projects, your payments and a password if you choose to set one. The password is stored only in a form that can't be turned back into it. When you sign in with a password, we log the time, your IP address and your browser type, and failed attempts are recorded the same way, to stop password guessing.

When you open an offer, we note that you viewed it and how often. When you accept an offer, we record the time, your IP address, your browser type and the dates of the Terms and of this policy you accepted.

Why

To reply to you and, if you order, to do the work, take your payments, keep your client area running and safe, and keep a record of what we agreed. We don't use it for anything else.

Where it goes

Your requests, files and client account are stored on our server in the United States. A copy of each request, with its files, is emailed to our inbox using an email delivery service. The emails we send you, such as offers, payment links and sign-in codes, go out through the same service.

Who else sees it

Nobody else reads your message. These outside services handle parts of it:

Hosting providers run our server and this site, and keep standard server logs such as IP addresses. An email delivery service sends emails. A phone service carries texts and calls. Cloudflare runs Turnstile, the check that a request is sent by a person and not a bot, described below. When our server confirms that check with Cloudflare, it passes on your IP address.

Stripe takes payments. Before your first payment, we create a customer record at Stripe with your name and email, so its payment page shows them. You enter your payment details on Stripe's own page, so they go to Stripe and never reach our server. Stripe keeps a record of each payment, emails you receipts and invoices, and keeps a card for later only if you tick "save my card". From your client area you can open Stripe's billing page to see your invoices and manage your billing details and saved cards. If an offer is never paid and you have no account, its Stripe customer record is deleted along with the offer.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us how visitors use the public pages of this site, as described below.

Microsoft Advertising tells us which of our ads on Bing led to a visit or a request, as described below.

If you turn on notifications in the mobile app, Apple's push service delivers them to iPhones and iPads, and Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google delivers them to Android phones, as described below.

AI tools we work with, such as Claude Code by Anthropic, process your code and the details of your project while we work for you.

We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, including the address of the page and the site you came from. When you send the request form, it also notes that a request was sent, with the service and package you picked. It sets cookies and records things like your type of device and your approximate location. It can't see what you type into the form. You can turn it off in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

This site also uses Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through the pages, meaning where they click, how far they scroll and where they leave. It records visits as anonymous replays, sets cookies, and hides the whole request form, including what you type into it. It doesn't run when your browser is set to a European time zone. Microsoft collects this data through its own and this site's cookies and uses it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

This site also uses Microsoft Advertising to learn whether a visit came from one of our ads on Bing and whether it led to a request. It sets cookies, records the pages you visit, and notes when you send the request form, but not what you type into it. It doesn't run when your browser is set to a European time zone. Microsoft uses this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and you can choose how Microsoft personalizes ads for you in its ad settings.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, this site loads no analytics or ad tracking.

When you send the request form, and when a sign-in code for the same email is requested again within an hour, on the sign-in page or your account page, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a short check in your browser to tell people from bots. The check is usually invisible, and you only see it if Cloudflare asks you to tick a box. It looks at technical details of your browser and connection and doesn't use them for advertising. Cloudflare handles this data as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

In the client area, two cookies keep you signed in and one protects your requests from being forged by other sites. They're needed for signing in and aren't used for tracking. The sign-in, activation, offer and payment pages and the client area run no analytics.

The site also keeps a few small notes in your browser, for the current tab only. They hold which page you came from, for the back link on case pages, and which animations you have already seen. On offer, payment and activation pages, they also hold the key from the link in your email. The key is taken out of the address bar and the tab's Back history, and kept for the tab, so the page still opens after a reload or when you come back from Stripe. If your browser blocks these notes, the key stays in the address bar. Your browser's own History list may still keep the link you opened, as it does with any link. The notes are cleared when you close the tab, and the key also when you sign out.

Two more notes stay after you close the tab. One records that you are signed in, as a client or as an admin, so the site's menu shows "My account" instead of "Client area". It holds nothing else and is removed when you sign out, or the next time the site finds you signed out. The other keeps what you typed into the request form and didn't send, so it's still there when you come back. It holds your name and the text fields, but not your email, phone number or files. It never leaves your browser unless you press Send, and it's removed once the request is sent, or after 30 days. Apart from that, only the key ever leaves your browser, sent to our server to open the page.

The mobile app

The Rapidmvp.pro app for iPhone, iPad and Android shows your client area. It uses the same account and keeps the same details on our server as the site does.

If you allow notifications, the app sends our server a push address for your device, whether it is an iPhone or an Android phone, and the sign-in it belongs to. Our server uses it only to tell you about new messages and changes to your projects. A notification names the project and what happened, such as a new message, but never the text of a message or an amount you owe. It goes through Apple's push service on iPhones and iPads and through Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google on Android. The push address is removed when you sign out of the app, when Apple or Google says it no longer works, or when your account is deleted.

The app keeps your sign-in in your device's secure storage and a copy of your recent screens on your device, so they open quickly and without a connection. Both are removed when you sign out. Face ID, Touch ID and fingerprint unlock are checked by your device itself, and the app and our server never see them. The app reaches your camera and photos only when you choose to take or attach a photo, and sends only the photos you pick.

The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Your code and your app

Anything we see in your code, your data or your accounts while working for you stays confidential, apart from the AI tools described above. We never ask for your passwords. You give us access through invitations you control, and you can remove it at any time.

Google Ads access

Rapidmvp.pro connects to Google only to run its own advertising. We sign in with our own Google account and give our tools access to our own Google Ads account. Visitors and clients are never asked to sign in with Google, and no one else's Google account is accessed.

With that access, our tools read our ad campaigns, ads and keywords, the searches that showed our ads, and their results, such as views, clicks and costs. They can also change our campaigns and ads, but only in ways we approve. Claude Code by Anthropic reads this data to help us review and improve our ads.

This data isn't stored on our server. Reports may be kept on our own computers while we work on them. The data isn't sold, isn't shared with anyone else and isn't used for anything other than running our own ads.

The use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted

A request that doesn't lead to an order is deleted a year after you send it, or a year after the last offer we made from it closes if that is later, with its files and those offers. An offer we send without a request is deleted the same way, a year after it closes, if it isn't paid. An unpaid offer through which money moved, such as a refunded payment or a released card hold, is kept as a payment record.

If you order, we keep your account, the requests that led to an order, the offers you paid, your projects and your payment records as a record of the work and for accounting and tax. They are kept while you have an account. After your account is deleted, these records are kept only as long as the law requires.

Security records, such as sign-in history and the counts our server uses to stop abuse, are kept only as long as they're needed for that. Copies of the emails our server sends are deleted after 30 days. The copy of your request in our own email inbox isn't deleted automatically.

You can delete your client account yourself, on your Account page in the client area of this site or in the mobile app, once no project, offer or payment of yours is still open. Your name and email are then removed from the account, you can no longer sign in, and your email can be used for a new account later. Your order and payment records, such as invoices, keep your details only as long as the law requires.

To have a request deleted sooner, including the copy in our inbox, or to get a copy of your details or correct them, write to email me. We can also close your client account for you. After that, you can no longer sign in, get no more emails from this site, and requests sent from your email are no longer accepted, but your order and payment records stay, as above.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.
