Every take-over starts with a free first look. Then we split the work into milestones, and I send you an offer for each one, with its scope, timeline and fixed price.
Free, with no obligation.
I take over your app and keep building it.
The take-over itself is free. You pay a fixed price only for the work after it.
“He has executed everything starting from very simple concept to highload applications.”

The code. It doesn't matter if a developer, an agency or AI tools wrote it.
The live app. With access to where your app is hosted, I keep it running and put new changes live safely. That account stays in your name.
Other services. Limited access to services your app uses, such as payments or email, only where the work needs it. The accounts stay yours.
What happens from your first message to an app that keeps growing.
Tell me what the app does, what it's built with and what you need next. I tell you honestly where it stands and what I'd do first, before you pay anything.
When I need to see the code, you invite me to it. Hosting and other accounts stay in your name, and you can remove my access at any time.
We split the work into parts, called milestones, each with what's included, a timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you accept its offer, and each milestone is paid before it starts.
You get updates in plain words, and you decide what comes next. I keep notes on every change, so the app never depends on me alone.
If something changes along the way, you hear it from me first, before it affects anything.
We agree on the price of each milestone before it starts, and you pay it before I begin. No surprises on the bill.
Code, hosting and other accounts stay in your name. I get only the access the work needs, and you can remove it at any time.
I keep you updated in plain language, and you bring your questions and ideas whenever they come up. You decide what comes next.
I keep notes on every change, so you or another developer can pick the app up at any time.

I’ve worked closely with Boris Abramov as the full stack engineer and architect behind Yuru, and he’s one of the rare people who brings both deep technical skill and real product judgment to the table.
Boris cares about building things the right way, with clean architecture, thoughtful systems, and long term quality, while also staying focused on getting real products into users’ hands. He also, has worked very closely with AI data scientists and excels in working on cutting-edge AI issues like identity and context management for persistent users, stuff that isn't readily available in the market yet.
He is highly engaged in decision making beyond just engineering, consistently thinking through tradeoffs, pushing for pragmatic solutions, and helping guide the team toward outcomes that move the business forward.
Just as important, he shows up with a level of ownership and sincerity that makes him easy to trust and great to work with.

Boris is great and professional developer, I have started few projects with him from zero to market. He has executed everything starting from very simple concept to highload applications. He can adapt and work in different conditions settling up team of developers and designers in a very effective way.
Probably not a fit if you need one bug fixed, or nothing is built yet.
For that, see the prices for a fix or for a new app.
The take-over itself is free. I don't charge for getting the information and access I need. When you want work done after that, such as new features or fixes, we split it into milestones, and I send you an offer for each one, with its scope, timeline and fixed price. Nothing starts until you accept it, and each milestone is paid before it starts.
If the code and all the accounts the app needs are already yours, most likely not. A few answers from the previous developer can help, but they aren't required. If the previous developer still holds your code or an account that only the previous developer can hand over, you'll need that help for the handover.
I can still take it over. If it works, there's no point in changing it. If I notice something that is a real problem or a serious risk, I tell you. Just keep in mind that code in bad shape can make later work harder. Some new features may need extra changes that cleaner code wouldn't.
No. I work inside what you've built and change as little as I need to.
Access to the code, usually an invitation to where it's stored, such as GitHub. Access to where the app is hosted, so I can keep it running and put changes live. And limited access to services your app uses, such as payments or email, only where the work needs it. It all comes through invitations you control, and I never ask for your passwords.
I only build with technologies I know well. AI is only worth using on work you understand yourself. I've worked with many of them across the whole stack, so I know what I'm doing. Claude Code handles the small details I don't need to memorize, so I can focus on what matters for your product. That is what makes these prices and timelines possible.
Yes, at any time. Everything stays in your accounts, and I keep notes on what I change, so you or another developer can pick it up without starting over.
Describe what it does and what you need next. I reply as soon as I can, usually within an hour during business hours, with an honest take. It's free.
